Senator  moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 785-A BILL to amend and reenact §3‑3‑2a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating generally to early voting locations; exempting the county commission from public notice requirements regarding the intent to designate a community voting location under certain circumstances if the location has been previously designated; and prohibiting electioneering activities within 100 feet from the outside entrance of community voting locations during early voting periods.
